The session package includes:
- The initial consultation call
- The session (lasting around 2 hours)
- A transformational audio recording for the client to listen to for 21 days
- WhatsApp-Support for 21 days
- 1 coaching call around 10 days after the session (30 min.)
- 1 concluding coaching call after 21 days, tracking your progress (30 min.)
Each session typically lasts around 120 minutes. The therapy occurs within a alpha and theta brainwave state, a profoundly relaxing and entirely natural mental state. While in this relaxed state, we delve into your subconscious to uncover the roots of your challenges, providing insights into how and why these issues emerged. Collaboratively, we identify the origins of detrimental thoughts and replace them with new, positive habits and beliefs.
To solidify these changes, a transformational audio recording reinforces new thought patterns, beliefs, and habits. Listening to it daily for 21 days establishes new and powerful neural connections and pathways in your brain, seamlessly integrating the new mindset into your natural thought processes.
The coaching calls are an opportunity to ask questions, possibly practice further exercises to reinforce the new goals, and discuss the further path to your freedom and self-determination.
Absolutely, the recording is a crucial component of RTT® therapy, playing a vital role in solidifying new habits and beliefs. Our mind learns by repetition, and scientific evidence supports the notion that new, lasting habits take root after 21 days.
Consistently listening to the audio recording ensures optimal results, allowing the transformative effects to take hold effectively.
The session with me counts for around 60-70% of your transformation, the remaining 30-40% come from listening to the recording. Please take yourself as important enough to really invest this time into you and your transformation.
The time after waking up or before going to sleep are the most beneficial times to listen to the recording. You can listen to the recording multiple times a day also. Make sure you have some time to yourself and have some peace and quiet. DO NOT listen to the recording wile driving the car.
Online sessions can, in fact, be even more effective than in-person sessions, as you are in your familiar environment and can relax better and feel safe. In-person sessions are phenomenal also.
From experience, there is no significant difference in efficiency. My colleagues report the same.

Occasionally, one session is enough, yet for more intricate challenges such as eating disorders, weight loss, depression, addictions, and (C)PTSD, a recommended approach involves a minimum of three sessions.
This approach ensures a comprehensive exploration of diverse underlying causes for more complex issues.
Some clients prefer regular sessions and coaching along with it, in order to guide them through difficult times. In our consultation call we will determine what is most beneficial to you and during our first session I will have a look to see if I recommend more sessions or if I believe that the one session plus the coaching calls and the 21 day recording for this one issue is enough. You can then decide what works best for you.
